Return Policy

If you shop online at www.trendishoppe.store, you have 14 days to return your order. Please let us know in advance that you wish to return an item. The right of return begins on the date you receive the goods. Some items are not subject to this right; this will be stated during the ordering process.

If the cut-off date falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the cut-off date shall be extended to the following Monday. If more than one item is ordered in an order but delivered separately, or if an item is delivered in batches, the cut-off date shall begin with the receipt of the last item.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. Therefore, please keep the postal receipt and tracking number. Please return items unused and in the same condition as when received. We reserve the right to reject products if the packaging is damaged or for any other reason they cannot be resold. All original packaging, price tags, etc. must be returned with the product without tampering.

To exercise your right of return, you must provide a clear statement via email within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Returns
If you return an item, we will refund the purchase price. If you wish to exchange it for a different item or color, you can place a new order in our online store. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for other products. We will refund the returned item and you will have to place a new order yourself. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you received a discount on your first order, we will ensure that you receive the same discount on the “correct” item - simply contact support@trendishoppe.store and we will find a suitable solution.

When returning an item, please place it in its original packaging with all tags and all items. The packaging must be intact, so please be careful if you try to wrap the box with tape or similar.

Shop with care

Returns have an impact on both the environment and the economy. We use extra packaging and our emissions increase. That's why we encourage you to shop carefully. We should only order items that we are likely to keep. On all of our products, you will find sizes and other helpful product information. Please use this information when shopping so that we can avoid unnecessary returns.

If you shop carefully and do not return any items, we will offer you a 15€ discount on your next purchase. If your order is not registered for return, you will automatically receive the voucher directly in your inbox. Thank you for your attention.

Proof of purchase and return form:
You must include a copy of your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Processing is also easier if you include a completed return form.

If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer must be responsible for shipping charges. The exact cost depends on the courier company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to us, the consumer is not liable for the resulting shipping costs.

The consumer has the right to cancel an order within seven days of successfully placing it. This reservation is intended to allow consumers sufficient time to consider factors such as impulse purchases and changes in information. Consumers can cancel their orders by clicking the “Cancel” button through the order management system. The system will give you prompt feedback. Once the order has been completed, the consumer has the right to negotiate a cancellation with the retailer.
